New Here?

It is a great joy for us to meet newcomers and to share about all the great things God is doing in our church family.  It is our mission to "be an uncommon church, with uncommon favor committed to building people of purpose in a five-star manner."  This means that we want to inspire, equip, and encourage you to live out a life of purpose that will bring glory to God and impact generations. We know that it is not always easy visiting a new church for the frst time so we would like to be as helpful as possible.  It is our desire to make your fellowship with us a great experience. 

First Time Guest

As a first time guest, you will be asked to complete our Connection Card during the service.  This will give us an opportunity to recognize you as a special guest and to help you know more about our church.  We promise not to misuse or share your information, but only respond to ways we can help you know more about us.  The cards are collected during the offering time of service. 

Denomination

We are an innovative and progressive non-denominational church operating under a prophetic/apostolic mantle.

Service Times

Sundays at our Walterboro Campus:  10:00 a.m. - In Person and Video Conference 

Tuesdays at our Walterboro Campus:  7:00 p.m. - In Person and Via Video Conference (Services being held temporarily via video conference only until further notice)

Attire

You will encounter people from all walks of life at The Light.  This is what makes us all unique and special.  There are some who dress up, some who dress down and some who come casual.  We want you to come the way that you feel most comfortable.  Whatever you're wearing, we'll be glad to see you!

Music

We purpose in our hearts to worship God through the ministry of song.  This is a time set aside for communicating with God from our hearts. Our worship services offer a wide range of live upbeat contemporary styles to traditional hymns. 

Giving

Each week there is a time to worship God through the ministry of giving through tithes and offerings.  As a guest, we welcome you to participate during this time; however please do not feel any pressure to give.  This is an act of worship for our regular attenders, allowing them to thank God for all of the great work he is doing in their lives and to demonstrate their level of faith through God's plan for promotion. 

The Word

You will hear a relevant, life-changing message that is based on the Word of God (Bible) and is designed to be helpful in your everyday living. We trust that these messages will have an immeasurable impact upon your life and assist in helping you develop a growing  relationship with Jesus Christ and provide a strong biblical foundation for your life.

Communion

We celebrate communion together on a regular basis. Anyone may participate in this time of reflection and prayer - as long as they have made the decision to accept and follow Jesus Christ.  The juice and bread that we share represent the life He gave up so that our sins could be forgiven.
